The Conservative Yeshiva in JerusalemThe Conservative Yeshiva Summer Program features the opportunity to study the classic texts of Judaism in Jerusalem, including Rabbinic literature, Bible, and Jewish thought as well as intensive Ulpan, skills workshops, tours and volunteering.

 

 

 

Session I: June 27 - July 15

Session II: July 18 - August 5

  • The opportunity to study the classic texts of Judaism, including Rabbinic literature, Bible, and Jewish Thought.
  • Intensive Ulpan to build Hebrew speaking and reading skills.
  • Learning appropriate for students of all levels, backgrounds, and interests.
  • Courses built on the traditional model of chevruta, learning one-on-one with a partner, and shiur, a seminar-style class.

Mornings feature intensive Ulpan at five levels or Talmud study, beginning or advanced. Afternoons include text classes in Bible, Rabbinics, Jewish Thought, Halacha, Liturgy and more, plus skills workshops, tours and volunteering.


  • Sessions will not be repetitive.
  • You may attend either or both.
  • All courses offered subject to enrollment.
  • Thanks to the generosity of Legacy Heritage Fund Limited, scholarships are available for a limited number of Jewish communal leaders.

 

One session: $700
Both sessions: $1050
Half day, one session: $500
Half day, both sessions: $750
