NIF's New Gen is a diverse and rapidly growing community of 20 to 30-somethings with the aim to drive positive change in Israel for all Israeli citizens, regardless of race, ethnicity or gender.

This is carried out by raising funds and awareness for the New Israel Fund through a variety of inspiring, entertaining and social events, plus a programme of education across the UK.

If you are passionate about Israel's future, have a desire to help improve life for all Israelis and want to meet engaging like-minded people, they would love to hear from you.

Ideal candidates will have expertise in fundraising, strategy, marketing, events, or a background in human rights work.
