This Leadership Programme is an elite European next generation programme for young adults (aged between 21 and 35) who are active in Israel advocacy.

The programme aims to create a network of young competent leaders, who will be given the knowledge and the tools to deal with promoting Israel and Zionism, to enable them to become ambassadors of Israel.

Goals/Aims:

To inspire and train the next generation of European Zionist leaders.
To enhance the educational level of the participants, focusing on Israel and Middle East issues.
To provide key leadership skills, with a specific emphasis on political advocacy, project initiation and implementation, presentation and communication abilities.
To foster a network of young committed (21-35) leaders, familiar with the needs and concerns of their own European communities regarding Israel representation.
Establishment of a European communications network, run by ZFUK and connected with the WZO, which will serve as an infrastructure for the implementation of regional and European-wide projects.
We achieve these goals through five weekend seminars across Europe. During each seminar we will deal with three parallel dimensions: Israel knowledge, leadership skills and group networking.
