| British Technion Society Charity Challenge |
The Technion is Israel's primary scientific-technological university and largest center of applied research. Cancer is one of the leading causes of death in the UK and Israel. The earlier cancer can be diagnosed, and the more accurately the effectiveness of a treatment can be monitored, the better the prognosis for the patient. The Technion is at the forefront of these efforts to battle cancer.
You can help by taking part in a charity challenge to raise money for the Technion. Anyone can participate; it’s a great experience as well as a challenging way of raising funds for cancer research. It’s a demanding physical challenge, which should not be taken lightly, as well as taking a lot of time and dedication to organise.
Challenges include
the Mount Everest Base Camp Trek and the Footsteps of the Massai Trek. Another fundraising initiative from the British Technion Society is a charity skydive taking place in September. Again more information from the website or by contacting Charlotte. |
