Tefillah: Prayer and Spirituality. The two are supposed to go together although admittedly they don’t always. Tefillah should be more than prayer, it’s that feeling of connection with yourself, other people, the universe, and God. We’re not scared of mixing up prayer if that makes it more accessible, meaningful, and elevating.
